Crisis averted. I'll leave the post in case someone makes a similar mistake.
I fixed it by downloading and installing a copy of XBMC on another machine then sending the abc.py file to the machine that was compromised. I then pasted the file back into the original location and all is well.

So I have had XBMC running great the last month and have been slowly customizing it to my liking. I was looking at a Reddit post that mentioned the FreeCable addon and provided a link to some updated .py files. So stupid me went and downloaded the all the files from the following link - https://home.no/xbmc/load.
I then pasted them in the ProgramFiles(x86)/XBMC/System/Python/Lib directory, which I now know was the incorrect place to put them @@
When I restarted XBMC, i got a whole lot if script errors including errors for addons that weren't included in the above link.
I then exited out and went back to the directory and deleted the .py files I had just added to it. The only file that was actually replaced was the abc.py file.
That did not fix the issue however and I continue to get the .py errors at start up.
Now, addons that were working just fine a few minutes ago are no longer working, like SportsDevil. Even the Whether script isn't working.....I can't even get into XBMC Maintenance either.
This really blows, as I put a lot of hours into getting XBMC customized the way I wanted. I have company coming over this weekend too, so I'd like to get it back to normal before then.
Thanks in advance for any help
