Video will stop at random times

I've been running 12.2 Frodo on a new setup for a few weeks now and have been dealing with video freezing at random times. My machine specs are:

Intel Core i7 3rd gen (Ivy Bridge)
8GB RAM
120 GB Samsung SSD
2 TB WD Red Drive (Local not on network)
Intel HD 4000 Integrated Graphics
Windows 7

I have the video decode set to software and the hardware decoding turned off. (I've tried different settings in here with no avail) I tried loading advancedsettings to increase the allotted memory for the video but that made no change as well. The log file always shows this message when I have a video freeze:

17:06:11 T:3656 NOTICE: Display resolution DESKTOP : 1920x1080 @ 60.00 - Full Screen (16)
17:07:31 T:2616 WARNING: CDVDMessageQueue(audio)::Get - asked for new data packet, with nothing available
17:07:32 T:3656 WARNING: CDVDMessageQueue(video)::Get - asked for new data packet, with nothing available
17:08:25 T:3656 WARNING: CRenderManager::FlipPage - timeout waiting for flip to complete
17:13:48 T:2616 WARNING: CDVDMessageQueue(audio)::Get - asked for new data packet, with nothing available
17:13:49 T:3656 WARNING: CDVDMessageQueue(video)::Get - asked for new data packet, with nothing available

This was two freezes after another. I've read around and the only issues I've found deal with media on a network drive, but I have everything local on the machine. Does anyone have a clue as to why I'm getting these freeze points during playback. I have the logfile but can't see an obvious way to attach it to the post. If someone could let me know how, I'd love to put the whole log on the post.
