I'm running 12.0 on Windows 8. I have all my media on a second internal drive. I have a monitor and a TV connected to my computer, and they're duplicated. I watch my media on the TV.
I had no issues prior to upgrading to Windows 8 and buying the TV, but now, when I open a video, the audio plays fine, but XBMC freezes at the library screen. I have to force close the program to get out of it.
If I remove the video from my library, then update my library to add it back, the video will play just fine, but only if I don't pause it or close the program.
But if I pause the video, it will freeze when I attempt to un-pause it. And if I close the program and reopen it, I have to delete and readd the videos again, or it will freeze again.
I've tried running as administrator, compatibility mode, setting permission on the videos... everything I could think of, but it still does this.
Please help!
