My Build Advice

Hello this is what I was thinking about for my HTPC build. Look good? Any advice? Should I get the video card?

I want to do HD 1080 2D video, Aeon, and some internet browsing. Will probably run Win 7. I also want to control it with my Logitech Harmony remote.

Budget is $500-600
