Hotel customize

Hello,

I just discovered Xbmc and found it very interesting. I was wondering if I can you use it for my 15 rooms hotel.
In fact, the actual tv are connected via coaxial cables and got 40 channels. I wish to keep those channels and connect the tvs to an xbmc server via stb to get some hotel features, like:

- customized welcome message
- movie and music for the guests
- weather
Etc.

Is this kind of configuration feasible? Parallel access to the xbmc server at the same time? Or should it be multiple xbmc (one for each room) with one media server (like NAS) ?

I saw that many of these addons are available. But what about the welcome message?
