Fanart scrolling gone after upgrade to Frodo

I upgraded from v11 to V12.1 Frodo and now I have the standard images from the skin instead of my movie and tv fanart that scrolls when there is no activity. How can I get my fanart back.

I am on Frodo 12.1 on Windows 7 x64
