Create playlist or movieset from Trakt.tv lists

Would really love to see a way to turn "Trakt.tv lists" (personal ones created by me and/or public ones like IMDB500) to a movie playlist and/or a movieset (not idea, but a backup plan if movie playlist not possible).

Would this be easiest via an external program or something as part of an add-on?

Thanks in advance for considering! I think movie playlist is the most under-appreciated function and really needs more visibility!
