HD Audio, anything special to get it working?

My HTPC is the Intel NUC. Just ran off the LiveUSB stick (didn't install) - Anything I need to do to get HD audio working?

Also, is there a tool available to anaylze a file and tell me if a MKV does or does not contain HD Audio?
