Help with setup

I'm trying to set up XBMC similar to this setup:

What id really like to do is create separate menus for 3D Bluray , Bluray , DVD

I'v pretty much tried everything and I keep running into a problem where above the menus that iv created it will list all the movies in the database. The heading I'm referring to is the Movies - Watched - Unwatched also when selecting the backgrounds to be displayed ie; Latest Movies added it is gathering all my Movies. Iv used Smart Playlists and tried to use separate sources too.

Hope you guys understand the problem iv got.

My folders are setup like this:

D:\share\Movies\3D BLURAY\
D:\share\Movies\3D DEMO\
D:\share\Movies\BLURAY\
D:\share\Movies\IMAX 3D\
D:\share\Movies\SD MOVIES\
