Filename based scraper for TV shows?

I'm in a bit of a puzzle.

I have plenty of movies and TV shows I can use online scrapers for. But I also have a lot of "TV Shows" which are basically collections of videos I downloaded online. For instance, sketches from LoadingReadyRun -- never actually aired on television, no real season or episode numbering scheme, no way to use an online scrape. It's a directory full of files, named after the sketch names.

What I'd like to do is have a scraper that pulls the episode titles off the filenames, leaves all the other metadata blank, and puts them into TV Shows as a single show. The justthefilename scraper is similar but it dumps each individual file as a MOVIE, not as a cluster of videos under a TV Show... and that's definitely not what I need here, not with a hundred plus sketches to index.

I know I could make a custom NFO file for every single sketch, but that'd take a long time and seems like the kind of pointless busywork that should really be automated. I've researched and researched but I haven't seen anything yet on the forum or wiki for gathering all miscellaneous un-numbered files in one directory as a single TV show.

How do I make this happen? Am I really stuck with creating a hundred mini-NFO stub files by hand?
