Step By Step How To Get Sky Go Working

Hi all, I'm a new member and also a new user of XBMC, I've just installed it onto a Acer Revo 3610 Nettop removing Windows 7 from it also.

I have managed to get plenty of add ons installed, however the one I'm struggling with is Sky Go and also how to install IE8/Silverlight with it.

I've seen the other posts, but they dont seem to make sense.

So could in anyone in dummy format show me how to add it, Id be really appreciative
