Clean installation

Dear Users,

I am setting up a computer specially for XBMC.

Specs;

Intel i3 processor
4GB DDR
500GB HDD
Nvidia NVS or Ati Radeon Graphic Card (still dont know which to use)

I was wondering which operating system you guys are recommending and why...
