XBMC & PLEX Crashing...

So I am still having XBMC crash and Plex Server crashes too.

I got these two messages as to why it is happening, but dont really understand what it is saying. Does anybody know what this is trying to tell me??!!
I recently ungraded to the latest version of Eden, 11.0 and alsu upgraded Plex to the latest copy as well...
