Xbox 360 Media Remote Using With XBMC ?

I've purchased a Xbox 360 media remote & Wondering will it work to control my PC & XBMC ?

I'm not that advance in XBMC but learning day to day... So my setup is PC with windows 7, XBMC V11 Aeon Nox. I would like to control XBMC & Possibly turn PC on/off.
