NCAA plugin {REQ}

Really the only thing I miss from having cable is college sports from these networks:

CSS
espn3
CBS sports

Noway at my level could I complete a plugin for those for all of NCAA sports, mainly football. Can somebody create that or is this already out there and my ignorance is showing?
