htpc solution?

hello.i am thinking at building a HTPC to use.this is the config :

and 8 GB RAM @ 1333 mhz(doesn.t really matter what kind )
i have 1 HDD to mount in the case but i already have one at home so no need to buy a new one


i would like to use windows 7 because i am used to it so i will probably play files with media player classi home cinema.
