Combining Menu and Context Menu into the same button

Hello,

I'm trying to combine the Menu and Context Menu functions. When I'm in my list of movies, pressing C gives the context menu, and pressing M does nothing. When playing a move, pressing C does nothing and pressing M brings up the Movie menu (sound options, video options, bookmarks, etc).

I'd like to combine these 2 functions to one button on the remote, so I bring up the menu whether in the move list or when the movie is playing. I really only have one button left on the remote to use as a programmed key.

Is there an easy way to do this? I've changed keymaps before, but I don't know how to combine these in this way.
