So, I've been doing some reading and decided finally try to replace my aTV2 with a real HTPC. Like anyone else I'm trying to do this on the smallest budget possible but without cutting any major corners. After looking over most the build threads in here I put together this Wish List on Newegg. Hoping to get some feedback.

I know its a lil strong for my needs which is mostly 720/1080p playback from a NAS. I would like to keep future options open. I also want IR remote support, I found 2 mother boards on Newegg that seemed like suitable fits. The BioStar I have selected and the ASRock Pro4-M. The BioStar is cheaper to get the IR receiver for and seems like it will be easy to hide. I'm still looking at upgraded coolers, but it seems like the Cooler Master GeminII is the best priced slim FM2 cooler. Any feedback is appreciated.
