Some suggestions to help out the scraper sources

Hi guys,

I've been reminded again on how much XBMC relies on the scraper sources, particularly thetvdb.com and themoviedb.org. I had planned to push some changes in to better highlight the scraper sources in the XBMC UI but didn't get time. I think though, that we may be able to sneak some in, as long as I have your support as skinners (i.e. you'll need to make even more changes for Frodo...)

I have 2 suggestions:

1. Add an image to DialogExtendedProgressBar.xml with id 33. This will be set to the scraper icon if available during scan.
2. Add a label and image to DialogVideo/MusicInfo.xml with id 14/15 respectively. These will be set to the name and icon of the scraper.

As always, it will be up to you as to how you display these things in your skin.
