mouse roll seekin

my suggestion has to do when u looking for the time each song starts in a show maybe the mouse roll button could act as normal when hovered over the progress bar and when u hover over the video like quick time uses that button, u know move through a seconds range instead of minutes. this would be nice for dealin with messy subtitles too, but then maybe we would need the progress bar on top to view.
what do u think?
