New tv-box - video playback problem

Not sure if I should post in this thread but need some help.

I recently got a new tv-box as my old one had old Android (version 9) and didn't want to update any longer via Play Store.
Now I got a new (better)  tv-box with Android (version 11) and latest stable Kodi, but I have problem with one file which plays fine on the old one, but doesn’t on the new one.
I use the same network and same share to watch this video file, and here are some details:

Old box: X99 Max Plus (Amlogic S905x3), Android 9, Kodi 20.1
New box: Ugoos X4Q Extra (Amlogic S905X4-J), Android 11, Kodi 21.2
Video file (VLC Info): Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1) - Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)

I notice the new Kodi has the cache option and played with the settings but no joy.
Currently I have set it to: Memory Size = 64 MB, Read Factor = Adaptive, Chunk Size = 128 KB

BTW .. both tv-boxes has 4 GB memory, and on the new one I got about 1.5 GB (used 2.17 of 3.67 GB) to spare when running Kodi.

Any ideas what to check and why this is happening?
