Can't change display mode / video output resolution

Hi,

Today i've installed two nightly versions of XBMC on two separate iPad 2's (xbmc-20121018-ff434fe-master-ios.deb & xbmc-20121007-f13566b-master-ios.deb), but with both iPads I am having issues regarding the video output resolution. When I go to settings > system > video output it will let me change display modes just fine. When I want to change de display resolution, I can't change it. When I first go t Full Screen #2 setting and then try to change the resolution, it doesn't change it. After like five seconds it will prompt me if I want to keep the resolution (that hasn't changed).

I've checked other threads telling me I should:
- remove all enablers from cydia that could interfere
- close XBMC
- turn on the TV
- open XBMC

None of it all works for me. Am I overlooking something? When I for example try Real Racing 2 HD it will display just fine (full screen mode), so I think it couldn't be the HDMI adapter I am using.

Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try?
