I am trying to move some HD movie files from an external USB hard drive, to the internal one on my nettop, an Acer Revo RL70. I am using the XBMC file manager to do this.
It is running Openelec 2.0. Although I have a large amount to move (600GB), it still seems very slow. I have managed to do about 3/4 of that amount but it took 7+ hours.
I stopped the transfer, and tried to copy one over as opposed to the whole lot. The transfer speed was around 950kb/s and the file would have taken hours to copy over.
Does anyone know how to fix this? There must be a way to make it quicker?
