When Sync playback to display is turned on the video stutters

Hi guys

I wanted to speed up the playback of a video, but when I turn "sync playback to display" on to have that option, my video starts stuttering, and when it is turned off it plays back normally.

I also tried turning bot adjust "display refresh rate" on, but didnt work

Is there a way to have the playback speed on without "sync playback to display" or another setting I need to modify?
