Changing PC and WIN11 - minimizing KODI

Hello.
I got a new mini PC with W11 (it didn't work on the old one with W10). It is running KODI and after turning off and on the TV itself(automatic shutdown after 4h), KODI is minimized on the bar (sound goes) and there is no way to zoom in. Only close and turn on again. Is there any solution to this?
Can switching to W10 help? Or am toying with the idea of switching to Linux.
