Iptv stopping after 10 seconds

First off, I am new to Kodi and don't really understand the readme at github. I don't really know how to explain what is happening. With Kodi 20.0 Nexus, Iptv simpleclient 20.13.0, I have no issues watching my channels. When I upgrade to Kodi 21.1 omega, Iptv simple client 21.10.1 and use the same m3u (https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/subdivisions/us-mo.m3u), every channel stops after about 10 seconds. I have tried everything I came across in different forums and nothing works. I also have nothing in the logs. Do I maybe need an updated m3u?
