XBMC set as shell..how to get back into windows?

I have set up xbmc as shell...via method number 3 in the wiki:

(the windows 7 method, and i did not do the eventghost option for all users)


so let's say i'd like to get back to windows ...how do i do that?

i saw one helpful post that said "write a batch script so both explorer.exe and xbmc launches" ...but i have no clue how do that

is there any way, after xbmc is loaded, that i can get back to windows or boot it up?
