Help needed with smart playlist

Dear xbmc fellows...

I am a bit confused on how to use smart playlists..

I wanted to create an item in home menu that will display only tv shows that are located on a separate folder.( not anime shows that are located elsewhere).
I go to playlist editor,
Playlist
Type tv shows
Find items where smb//:.... (Path of tvshows to be displayed)
Smart playlist rule PATH IS... smb://...

I then create an item to the home menu-> type video playlist

But when i select this item in home menu its empty...

What am i doing wrong?
