looking for a good powersupply for my mediacenter

im currently building a small itx box but the supplier said i dont have enough watts for the system if i choose for picopsu 150w with a 150watt adapter. I have the following setup:

Processor: intel i3 2120 (65watt)
memory: Kingston ValueRAM - Geheugen - 2 GB - DIMM 240-pins -DDR3 - 1333 MHz
graphicscard: ASUS EN210 SILENT/DI/1GD
Harddisk: Kingston SSDNow V200
motherboard: ASRock B75M-ITX

IS THIS TRUE? Or can i simply add the picopsu 150watt to my setup? Else i might be f**ed up.

i hope someone can lift me out of the fire. I will be running openelec tho. But i want to play 3D movies and such.
