New i3-3220T & Gigabyte H77M-mITX WIFI

Hi,

I could do with a rubber stamp from my learned friends here.

I am in the process of upgrading my home-office PC, which is also my Man-Cave Media Centre.
Out with the Gigabyte H66N (whose USB 3.0 ne'er worked) and the i3-2XXX.

I have ordered the Gigabyte H77M-mITX WIFI Mobo.
I am thinking about pairing this with the i3-3220T.

I never game. I surf the web, use spreadsheets and of course download.

I am going to stay with the current 4 GB DDR3 Ram until I feel like I saved myself some money, by only upgrading a couple of components (mobo & cpu), then cough up for 16GB RAM.

Can anyone tell me that I should not get this processor ?
