Dual boot intel nuc

Hi,

So taking the leap and buying the I3 intel NUC.(going from raspberry and ouyas) I want to run xbmc over openelec, but also have a partion with an os that can be used with emulators. ( openelec cant handle emulators?)
How do i setup the nuc with Msata drive to a dual boot machine? And also is there a dualboot front end available?
