Is this a Aeon Nox problem or is it a general XBMC problem (or even a OpenELEC problem)?

If it's a Aeon Nox problem, is there something I can do about it?

I think I remember that is could have something to do with some meny at start (the one that shows a lot of the new stuff), but I don't have that meny activated?
