[FORK] KTV - PseudoTV w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support

Coming very soon, Beta release will include:

chtype 8 = LiveTV (Hdhomerun, VLC, IPTV) w/ XMLTV EPG Content (configurable channel names). *Thanks to angrycamel for original Hdhomerun LiveTV and Jason102 for his great PseudoTV addon!
chtype 9 = InternetTV (strm, rtmp) w/o the need for nfo's (configurable channel names, duration, title and description).
Various tweaks for added strm support...
Various overlay tweaks, and custom skin...
a number of smaller tweaks no point in listing them all

Currently only manual settings2.xml configuration for new channel types (In app channel configuration will be available at final release).
If manual configuration looks complex... it isn't! I will do my best to help noobs... once all bugs have been worked out I will add ez in app setup for everything.

Final release will include:
EZ channel configuration.
TVDB/TMDB Integration.
Auto Channel building, Supply xml with stream sources and PTV will build the channels automatically. (currently testing...)
