Hi guys,
I am using a custom linux 32-bit system as HTPC.
On my other PC if I attach a usb-device to the computer XBMC shows a popup to browse content on the drive.
I would like to get it on my HTPC too.
When I detach the drive on my HTPC i get a HAL message in XBMC Log and GUI shows something like 'unsafe removal of device'.
There's no message when attaching the usb-drive.
I think it's just something missing on my HTPC:
Now I wonder how XBMC gets the information of an attaching device?
Is anything like: UDEV -> DBUS -> XBMC?
Thanks.
Wolfgang
