eBay htpc

Hi,

I'm currently watching the following htpc on eBay, and was wondering if you guys think it is any good for xbmc:

Case= Antec Fusion HTPC
Motherboard= GA-H61N-USB3
CPU= Intel i3 2105 dual core 3.1ghz
Memory= Corsair 4GB ram in 1 slot so 1 slot is free for you to add another 4gb
Graphics= Nvidia GT430
Hard Drive= OCZ 60gb SSD Agility 3 and 500GB HDD
DVD Drive= 1 CD DVDRW drive

There is currently no O/S installed.

What do you guys think? And would it need much more to make it a good all rounder for playing all kinds of files from a nas drive?
