When I edit a movie .nfo file, sometimes XBMC will re-read the .nfo and sometimes not. I can't seem to force XBMC to re-read the .nfo. I searched through the posts and found everything from "XBMC will read the info on the next re-scan" to "Remove the folder from the library, update the library, then add it back and re-scan".
When I read the Wiki on NFO files, I came across this warning: "The NFO file names must be lowercase to be properly used by XBMC." But exporting the library creates .nfo files that exactly match the folder/movie filename, including case.
I've tried using XWMM, but it is buggy, especially when it comes to editing the plot. Plus it doesn't fully support Frodo, so I'm still on Eden.
So I'm now confused. What is the accepted procedure to get the desired result?
