Movie playing at 5 fps in XBMC ?

Hi,

I have played ripped movies fine previously... but today movies are playing at 6 fps (slow motion) and I don't know what's wrong. I remember changing some settings but don't remember what. This is on a win 8 PC. Movies play fine when playing on VLC and XBMC runs fine on my other win 7.

I updated to 12.2 and still an issue.

Any ideas ?
