Frustrated

Hi All,

Wanting to get XBMC running for the longest time. Been searching to try and solve problems I am having and everyone has a different option....now in my 2nd week of trying and need someone to give me definitive answers PLEASE

My System is a DELL XPS L502X
8GB RAM, Intel on board graphics card and nVidia 525M card
Running Ubantu 12.04 LTS
XBMC (Obviously)

Have Ubantu running but still cannot:
1. Get nVidia to work - tried native drivers and bumblebee
2. Activate HDMI

I am new to Linux and am SUDO'd out.

Love someone to help me with instructions that work.
