Need help on xbmc

Hi everyone
I'm new here and having problems with the g box midnight and xbmc.
Xbmc worked fine for a while, now it won't load.
I don't know if I messed up the settings, it is probably something simple but I had a stroke a couple of years ago and lost my memory, it's come back but I struggle with tech issues.
Hope someone can help.
