Bad Audio in XBMC 12.2 for Android :S

Please I'm having an issue ... installed the latest version of XBMC 12.2 from http://xbmc.org/download/ on to my new S4 (I9500)
When ever I open a video (online or on my system) the audio is crackly and distorted. Tried playing arround with the audio settings ... no luck
While on my iphone 4 every thing is working amazingly ...

Please find me a solution
