CPU Utilisation XBMC

Hi All,

I realised that XBMC Frodo 12.2. when running on a server machine 24h consumes quite some high CPU resources when being inactive. In the task manager it shows me a CPU usage in the range of 3-12%

Anyone of you having a nice HOWTO squeeze consumption down to a reasonable minimum ?
