Nightly builds video/audio playing too fast

Since Gotham Alpha 4, the nightly versions play video too fast and audio sounds like someone is talking underwater.
This problem exists for almost a month on SD,HD and streaming video.
When I turn on debug log it shows video is playing between 24-28 fps.

Does anyone know when it will be fixed?, Is it a codec issue(ffmpeg) perhaps?
