frames freezing in a live stream but works fine in VLC

Hi,

I am using a plugin called livestreams everything works fine except the following stream

<title>hTV</title>
<link>rtsp://zeenatlive.viddillions.com:1935/zeenatlive/51ztvlive15.stream</link>
<thumbnail></thumbnail>
</item>

It plays fine but some time a frame freezes indefinitely but sound continues, i have tried it with Xbmc 12.2 Xbmc 13 for windows and Xbmc 12.2, 13 raspbmc build.

If i play it using VLC media player for windows using Network stream and above rtsp link it plays fine. i think vlc just drop the bad frame(i have noticed it) and continues to play the rest.....

Can any one else confirm this behavior......
