Hello folks,
Hoping someone can help me. I bough a Seagate 4TB hard drive today to replace a bad 2TB hard drive in my server. My thought was to partition the new drive into two 2TB hard drives. Unfortunately, I am using windows 7 32 bit which can't see the drive for what it is. I initialized the drive as GPT but it didn't make a difference. I have tried the Windows Partition manager, EASUS partition manager, and even the Seagate partition program, available at their site. All see the drive as a 1.64TB drive. I am at my wits end trying to get it to work.
Can anyone lead me by the nose to get this thing formatted?
Thanks,
Mark
