scraper does not work properly when there is many artists with same band name

My current problem is that when I scan my folder of music by the japanese band SCANDAL it adds 2 instances of Scandal. 1 correct and the other a different band named scandal. All albums except 1 get added to both scandal bands and the other one gets put in the wrong band.
I've fingerprinted the mp3's with other programs and they are correctly identified.
I have also tested this with multiple scrapers including the Universal (which seems dumbed down with less options), TheAudioDB, MusicBrains and others.

This has only been a recent issue that has happend and have recreated the problem several times after deleting the database files.

i also made a video recreating the entire process from startup to shutdown only scanning that artist I could put on youtube if need be.

my current build is 13a5 built on 6-8-2013 with the following options
