Hi, I have a problem with subtitles not downloading nor showing.
I'm using Frodo 12.2 on Windows 7 x64. Xbmc subtitle add-on (3.9.8) is configured to download and save in the same folder as video source (an smb share in my local network in which I have all permissions) and to display a download button in the player interface. The last time I used it, it worked fine, today it stopped working.
If I select a subtitle to download, XBMC says "Downloaded" but nothing changes on screen. If I try to download another one, a notification says that a local subtitle is available. If I close XBMC and try again, no more "local subtitle available" notification, but still no luck in downloading a new one.
This is a problem only for new subtitles to download: old ones stored in the same folder as video source are working flawlessly.
I tryed to look in the tmp directory (\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\addon_data\script.xbmc.subtitles) but both tmp_ dirs are empty even when XBMC says that a local subtitle is available. Of course there's no subtitle in the video folder.
I made one change before noticing this problem: removed all my sources (I had duplicate entries in database), re-organized database, added them again (same name, same location, no filesystem changes, same scrapers), set content to "none", re-organized database again, set old scrapers and update content. But I don't think this has something to do with subtitles not downloading...
