File / Folder layout - Scrapper - Im stuck

recently set up XBMC to run as a server on a VM, install and working fine, except i have no mouse movement in the VM console, i can get around using arrow keys / keyboard etc but no mouse control.

Anyway that is separate from my main issue,

I have a drive installed to put media on, drive label is MediaStorage
On this drive i have several folders, Television, Music, Movies, Photos

Only worked with some television episodes so far so inside the Television folder i have another folder CSI, inside that 3 more folders, CSI Miami, CSI Neyyork, CSI,
In each of those Season 1, Season 2 etc etc folders with the episodes in,

The folder called Television was added as the source, was that my first mistake?
Looking in the library or connecting to the server via the TV or windows laptop with media player the series has been called 'Television' and all the episode names are wrong so its not going and looking up CSI.

I just followed some searches and was going to look at editing the sources, how ever now pressing the 'C' key while Video is highlighted on the main screen is not bringing up the context menu.

Any one have any suggestions?
