start up wav for each profile

HI, I would like to know if it is possible to set up a different wav file for each profile? e.g. when I log into my profile it says "welcome Jonathan" and when my son logs in it says "welcome Kieran"? I can get it to play a start sound on starting up by putting a wav file in the sounds folder within the skin but I cant see a way to differentiate by profile.

the next phase of this is to anounce "you have new content unwatched" or you have email etc..
