MPC HC & MADVR

Hi All

Need some help as I'm confused!

I've set mpc hc as an external player within xbmc version 12.2, I've also set up mpc hc to use madvr. The problem is when I select a movie in xbmc it defaults to mpc hc but the video is stuttering/slow motion effect? If I do not use xbmc and I'm on the desktop and select the same video file to play with mpc hc it's smooth with no stuttering!? Would appreciate any help on this.
