Hello,
I have a problem with MP3 playback that I have tried to look up many times. This issue is mentioned in several forums, but despite all efforts I couldn't find a fix or a confirmation that it's a known issue, so maybe you can help me with that. I apologise if I missed the thread explaining it.
Problem: When changing song some pops/scratches can be heard. This happens pretty much always when skipping a song, but sometimes also when the song finishes and the following starts.
Configuration:
- RPi running Raspbmc May update (XBMC 12.2). The Rpi is not overclocked
- RPi connected to LG TV via HDMI. The TV digital out is then connected to an Onkyo AV receiver (old receiver, so no HDMI available to connect the Rpi directly)
- MP3s coming from a powered HDD connected to the Rpi via USB
Please let me know if you need further info.
Regards,
Gianluca.
